She leads the philanthropic work at Felpel Ventures with a belief that true generosity goes well beyond financial giving. It lives in shared resources, open networks, mentorship, and the kind of community involvement that actually changes the texture of daily life for the people around you. Emma brings her personal network and her genuine care for others to every partnership and initiative she is part of.

In New York, she is actively involved with the New York City Ballet, the Barclays Women's Initiative Network, and the Central Park Conservancy. Her core conviction is financial literacy as liberation. Emma works at the intersection of education and economic access, partnering with organizations that teach individuals, particularly young people and underserved families, how to understand, manage, and grow wealth.
